Information you choose to send
Forms across the TKS company, AI, legal advisory, and art sites share one private inbox. The inquiry form collects the site of origin, your name, email, optional organization, topic, message, and confirmation that TKS may respond. Submission is optional. You can instead email lado@lado-rigvava.com directly; that correspondence is handled by email services, separately from the website inbox.
Why we use it
TKS uses inquiry information to consider your request and respond. The form saves it in a private database associated with this site. Access to the inbox requires an authorized owner account. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for advertising on this website.
Retention and deletion
Inquiries expire from the active inbox after 90 days. Expired records are removed during subsequent inbox or submission activity. The owner may delete an inquiry earlier. To request deletion, email lado@lado-rigvava.com and include your inquiry reference when available. Email correspondence has its own retention; it is not automatically removed by deleting a website inquiry.
Security and service providers
The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and its Cloudflare infrastructure to deliver pages and store inquiries. The owner sign-in uses Sign in with ChatGPT. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical request information according to their own policies. Public visitors do not need an account to browse or submit an inquiry.
To reduce abuse, the form derives a temporary one-way identifier from a request’s IP address. The application stores the resulting hash and request counts, not the raw IP address, for this rate limit. We have not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.
Private AI is a separate service
This corporate site does not upload your computer’s files, synchronize your operating system, or send inquiry content to an AI model. Private TKS workspaces have separate access and data boundaries. External links lead to services with their own privacy practices.
Your choices
Share only what is necessary for the conversation. Do not submit secrets, confidential documents, or sensitive personal data. Questions about this notice or an inquiry can be sent to lado@lado-rigvava.com.
